Savings Card FAQ
Q. How do I earn Rewards?
A. Present your My Savings Card every time you purchase qualifying items at any 1 Stop store, and the corresponding cents-per-gallon rewards will be automatically entered to your account. Certain items are exempt such as lottery tickets and alcohol.
Q. How do I use my card?
A. When you join My Savings Club you will receive two key chain cards and one magnetic stripe card. The big card is to use at the pump or inside. The two key tags are to be used inside at the store, to scan in for your rewards. Simply present your key chain card or magnetic strip card every time you purchase qualifying items to earn rewards. Use the magnetic strip card to redeem your rewards each time you purchase fuel. After entering your card first; The pump will offer you to use your points. If you don't have at least 60 points the pump will say "No rewards to use". Wait for the screen to turn over and ask you to enter a card for payment. At this point you would enter your payment card.
Q. My card does not seem to be working. What can I do?
A. Please do not get another card. Please contact us to help. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Why can't I see my purchase history online?
A. If you can't login online, it could that we have your last name wrong in our system. Please email us so we can fix it.
Q. Why do I not have any rewards to use?
A. No Rewards to use means you do not have 60 points or more on your card. Every 60 points gives you a 1 cent a gallon discount. Point are accumulated by buying gas or merchandise.
Q. I have lost my card. How can I get a new one?
A. Please email us so we can transfer your points and issue you a new card from our office. Please do not get another card from a store, as this will cause duplicates in our system.
Q. How soon after receiving my card can I start earning points?
A. You can start earning points as soon as your cashier hands you your card.
Q. Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
A. NO. There is no limit to the dollar amount that you can earn with your My Savings Card Rewards card.
Q. What if my discounts are worth more than the gas price?
A. If you've earned discounts worth more than the current price of gas, your remaining discounts will be saved for a future visit.
Q. How do I keep track of my balance?
A. My Savings Card Club will send you a bi-monthly Value Statement, showing you: your current points status, balances on discounted gas, and Club Rewards, along with current sweepstakes. Point balances can also be found at the bottom of your sales receipts. You can also log in on the Mobile Savings App (download to your smart phone) or you can log in online
Q. What can I do if my card is lost or stolen?
A. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us through the website, email or call 810-653-9855.
Q. Is my information secure?
A. The security of your data is very important to us. We do not re-sell or disclose any information. The information you have provided is required to enable us to verify and link your information to your card.
Q. Can I have more than one card?
A. Please limit one card per person. We do also suggest each person to have their own card.
Q. Can I punch in my phone number at the pump?
A. Yes you can as of today. (this feature could be going away ). At the pump or inside at the pin pad, instead of sliding a card you can enter your phone number. Put a 4 in first then your full number provided when you register your card online (ex. 48106539855). After entering the number press enter at the pump. The pump will offer you to use your points. If you don't have at least 60 points the pump will say "No rewards to use". Wait for the screen to turn over and ask you to enter a card for payment. At this point you would enter your payment card.
Q. How long are my rewards good for?
A. As long as you keep using your card to purchase items, your points do not expire.
Q. Can I use manufacturer's coupons?
A. Yes. Manufacturer's coupons are always welcome.
